Duties: Volunteer #1 Volunteer #2 Volunteer #3 Volunteer #4
Unload: tee signs, auction items, golfer t-shirts, banners, water & beer. Get tee signs & banners to TRGC Rep.
Set up registration table, distribute pairing sheets, payment sheet, test electronic payment options. Be ready for first golfers at 8:00 AM
Set up Silent Auction Tables
Set up raffles, then prepare for distribution of box lunches – make sure every golfer & volunteer gets a box lunch
Set up Mega Card Packs, Mulligans, Closest to the Pin & Longest Drive
Panera Lunch Distribution 9:30 – 10am
Registration Table Greeters @ 8am – sell Mega Cards, sell Mulligans and collect payment via cash, check or electronic payment – Six Volunteers
Closest to the pin contest Six Volunteers
Parking lot Greeters – direct golfers to registration and remind them to bid on the silent auction, buy a Mega Card to enter all the games and buy mulligans
Cart Greeters – get golfers to their correct cart with their hole assignment
After shotgun start at 10am, all auction items, raffles, tables and paperwork must be moved inside the clubhouse.
Tally numbers: golfers, Mega Cards, Contests, Raffel Tix & Mulligans sold
Distribute prizes and clean up
